Hot water issues left me showering in cold water!!! Keys frequently malfunctioned, leading to inconvenient room changes!!! Management could use better organization to address their cleaning and maintenance problems!!!

I had a decent stay in a Superior Queen Room. The location made exploring easy. Cold water for showers was frustrating. Employees were nice but lacked info on breakfast.

The staff were genuinely friendly and willing to assist with any questions I had,, which was appreciated. The cleanliness of the room stood out, making my stay somewhat comfortable. Additionally, the location was decent, allowing for easy exploration of nearby areas.
Unfortunately, I was unaware that the hotel offered breakfast during my stay, leading me to purchase all my meals off-site.

Our stay was pretty disappointing—the room was nice, but we expected breakfast and didn't realize it wasn't included, which was a letdown. Also, they lacked ice machines.

decent location, clean environment, charming decor
Hot water was elusive, leading to cold showers!!! The hotel clearly wasn’t prepared for guests, with multiple rooms assigned that had issues like missing TVs or non-functioning keys!!! Improvements needed!!!

The room lacked basic amenities, and the overall experience was disappointing, especially for a family stay. We expected more comfort and attention to service during our week-long visit.

The hotel’s spacious guest rooms had a cozy charm, and I felt like royalty! I especially loved the thoughtful decor and how easy it was to navigate the property, making it perfect for us seniors.
Hot water availability needs improvement during longer stays.

Request a room on the upper floors for a quieter experience, as noise levels can be higher on the lower floors.

Decent room but missed breakfast
Stayed here for 3 nights in a Superior Queen Room. The place was clean and comfy, but I had no idea breakfast was provided. So, I ended up buying all my food across the street. Oh, and no ice available in the hotel either. 😅 Really wished they had that!

The Superior Queen Room was okay, but not super comfy. I didn’t get any breakfast info, so I had to grab meals from across the street. The bed was alright, but the room felt a bit bare. No ice available, which was a bummer. Staff were nice, but it didn’t make up for the lack of basic amenities. The location was decent, but not enough to save the experience.
